About this role
A digital-first bank investing heavily in engineering and security. The technology function is growing, and this it support engineer role sits inside a team that owns delivery end to end.
You will work closely with product, engineering and the wider business to ship work that gets used. The environment is fully remote with occasional meet-ups in London.
This is a permanent position at junior level, paying £31k to £45k depending on experience.
What you'll do
- Own delivery of digital & it work across ServiceNow and Intune.
- Work with product and stakeholders to turn requirements into shipped outcomes.
- Raise the technical standard through review, documentation and pragmatic decisions.
- Support colleagues through mentoring, pairing and knowledge sharing.
What we're looking for
- Commercial experience in a comparable it support engineer role.
- Strong hands-on capability with ServiceNow, Intune, ITIL, Networking.
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical people.
- A track record of shipping work in a production environment.
