About this role
A cloud-native consultancy modernising infrastructure for regulated industries. The technology function is growing, and this senior data scientist role sits inside a team that owns delivery end to end.
You will work closely with product, engineering and the wider business to ship work that gets used. The environment is fully remote with occasional meet-ups in Manchester.
This is a permanent position at senior level, paying £73k to £98k depending on experience.
What you'll do
- Own delivery of data & ai work across SQL and dbt.
- Work with product and stakeholders to turn requirements into shipped outcomes.
- Raise the technical standard through review, documentation and pragmatic decisions.
- Support colleagues through mentoring, pairing and knowledge sharing.
What we're looking for
- Commercial experience in a comparable senior data scientist role.
- Strong hands-on capability with SQL, dbt, TensorFlow, Snowflake.
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical people.
- A track record of shipping work in a production environment.
